  1. Cook asparaus until just tender.
    Then drain the water.
    In a pan add oil and fry half sliced onion until transulent, now add potaotes and fry. After the potatoes are browned lightly add peas and tomatoes. Now add ginger and garlic paste,masala powder, haldi powder, salt as per taste. Lastly add the asparagus and sprinkle a handful of coriander leaves and close the lid and let it cook on very slow fire for 5 to 10 minutes till the dish is done
